• Information in the initial message of the informant is enough to carry out further steps.
  • The notification was submitted to the head (System Supervisor) for final determination of the category of violation, priority and appointment of the person responsible for the case, together with the first steps to be taken in the case.
  • From this status it is possible to move to the statuses: "Restored", "Closed - No action taken", "Need details" or "In process / Under investigation".
  • Once a message has been submitted for review, it can only be returned by the person to whom it was submitted for review.
