Managing multiple compliance submissions should be effortless for reporters. Previously, a user submitting several disclosures had to keep track of individual secret codes and passwords for every single case file.
To dramatically improve the user experience and consolidate feedback management, we are introducing a major architectural update: the Reporter Entity & Unified Reporter Cabinet.
The Core Value: We are moving from single-ticket access to a unified user profile (Reporter). When a user registers a non-anonymous report using their verified Email or Phone, all their submissions are automatically linked into one Personal Cabinet.
1. How It Works: The Reporter Entity & Verification
When a user selects an identified channel (Confidential or Identified) in the registration form, the system creates/links a Reporter entity via a quick contact verification step:

Verification Steps:
The reporter chooses their preferred identifier — Email or Phone.
They enter their contact detail.
The system sends a verification code to confirm ownership of the phone number or email address.
Once verified, the new submission is automatically attached to that Reporter's overall cabinet.
2. Unified Reporter Cabinet: All My Reports in One Place
Instead of logging into isolated tickets, users now have a centralised Dashboard for all their interactions with your compliance team.
Flexible Cabinet Access:
On the login screen, users click "Log in with email or phone", request a code, and get instant access to their cabinet — no passwords to remember!
Upon logging in, the reporter sees a comprehensive section listing all active and past reports/concerns submitted under their verified email or phone number.
Seamless Tracking: Switch between cases, check status updates, and respond to investigator questions from a single, modern interface.
