• The case team has completed its operational activities, formulating conclusions and recommendations for submission to management. The case manager handed it over to management.
  • Until the decision is made by the management, the cases have the status “Pending decision” by the management.
  • By default, from this status it is possible to move to the statuses: "In process / Under investigation", "In response", "Closed - Measures taken", "Pending decision" or "Closed - No measures taken".
  • Only the case manager can assign the status of the case and only after the necessary documentation has been filled in and the conclusions of the case team have been recorded.
