Pay special attention to the syntax in the INVOLVED column.

[Involved1]"First name / Name", "Прізвище", "Last name", "ID", "Role in the accident";[Involved2]"First name / Name", "Last name", "Посада", "ID", "Role in the accident";

File format should be CSV - UTF-8

NOTE!

  1. There should be no import syntax characters in the middle of the INVOLVED cell. It is better to replace the current syntax characters with a full stop (.).

  2. The name of your file will become the title of the Incident Report and the subtitle in the Case - Incident Information section. The name will include the row number in your table automatically.

Therefore, it is essential to name the file correctly. For example: “Imported incident”.

  1. UTF-8 encoding compatibility issues may occur between different operating systems. To prevent incompatibilities, download your file via Google Spreadsheet in "Comma Separated Values" format.

File Download

Open Settings - Import

Drag and drop your prepared file

The encoding is checked automatically. If it is correct, the number of rows (incidents) ready for import is displayed in the table below.

Incident download

Once your file is downloaded and recognised, you can start import by pressing the IMPORT button in the table.

The counter of recognized and imported rows will start to change.

  • "Complete" means that the incident was successfully imported and can be found in the case archive MENU-CASES-ALL CASES with the status "Closed - Measures taken".

  • "Errors" means that the information is saved as a draft of the Incident Report and requires your edits to register the case in the system.

Pay attention!

Errors include lines where:

  • Required fields for the Incident Report are blank. For example, the INVOLVED persons are missing.

  • Values do not correspond to the expected values from the directories in the system — for example, an error in spelling the SECTION.
